If cancellation is requested before any promotional activity has commenced, a refund or credit may be issued at GiGSTER’s discretion, less any reasonable administrative or preparation costs incurred.

If a promotional campaign cannot proceed due to circumstances within GiGSTER’s control, we will offer a reschedule, credit, or refund as appropriate.

Editorial Features

Editorial, featured artist, and blog packages are non-refundable once content production or publication has commenced.

If cancellation is requested prior to content creation, a partial refund or credit may be offered at GiGSTER’s discretion.
